Botanical Facial
This relaxing facial is a skin repairing and strengthening treatment
which includes extractions to unclog pores as well as a masque with
vitamins A, C, & E to neutralize free radicals and re-mineralize
the skin, leaving it smoother, hydrated and nourished. Cleansing,
hydrating, and stress relieving are just the beginning.

Mini Facial
This refreshing 30-minute facial treatment includes a light cleansing,
exfoliation, and a moisturizing treatment to recharge your skin.
This service doesn’t include extractions.

Ultrasound 302 Signature Facial
This treatment is customized to the particular needs of your skin.
It produces instant and sustainable results right before your eyes.
The first phase of the facial uses ultrasonic technology to improve
the extraction process. Following a conditioning masque, a comforting
ultrasound procedure penetrates the 302 active serums 400 times
deeper than a regular topical therapy can accomplish. This 302 Facial
is a medical grade procedure that jumpstarts the healthy aging process,
hastens the healing time of acne, and aids in healing sun damage.
Product training finishes the appointment to ensure that you can
continue your therapy at home.

This therapy offers the same results as our Ultrasound 302 Signature
Facial, but it is specifically designed to help you recover from

damaged skin. This facial begins to soften and rebuild lost collagen

factors including sun damage, acne, hormone reactions, pregnancy,

Your Waxing Experience
This is a revolutionary 4-step waxing process, using both traditional
strip wax and the highly developed strip-less wax. After a light
cleansing, jasmine oil is applied to the area being waxed to provide
a protective barrier for the skin. A large percentage of the pain
from waxing, results from the top layer of the skin being pulled
off with the hair itself. Typical wax damages your skin and can
eventually causes premature wrinkles. Jasmine oil allows the hair
to be exposed while preventing the wax from adhering to your delicate
skin. This significantly reduces the discomfort caused by more destructive
waxing techniques. To complete the 4-step process, after waxing
a cooling gel is applied to aid any resulting redness.

Ear Candling
This is a safe, gentle method for removing wax, toxins, and debris
from the ear canal. This natural and holistic treatment is great
for cleaning and for alleviating the pain and pressure associated
with wax buildup, sinusitis, earaches, swimmer’s ear, and
allergies. A light pressure point massage accompanies this therapy.

Wellness Center MD Policies
Cancellations or Changes
We require that all of Revive’s guests provide a 24-hour notice
to change or cancel any appointment. If a guest provides less than
a 24-hour notice for cancellation or appointment change, a 100%
service charge will be applied. A current credit card number is
required at the time you book your services.
Arrivals
In order to provide each guest with quality services, we ask that
you please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late
will take time from your treatment and lessen its effectiveness
and your pleasure. Treatments end on time so the next guest’s
appointment can begin on time. Revive will charge the full value
of your treatment. Revive cannot be responsible for transportation
issues, traffic, road, weather, or other conditions or situations.
